Abstract
MERMI NAMLU CIKIS HIZI VE ENERJISINI ETKILEYEN PARAMETRELERIN OPTIMIZASYONU Ozet Atesli silahlarda merminin namluyu terk edis hizini ve merminin enerjisini etkileyen bircok parametre mevcuttur. Ic balistik enerjisinin sebep oldugu mermi hareketinin istenilen kararlilik ve performansta gerceklesmesi, namlu twist/helis (yiv-set) oranina, namlu boyuna ve mermi cekirdeginin agirligina dogrudan bagimlidir. Bu maksatla yapilan calismada, kalite karakteristigini (merminin namluyu terk edis hizi ve merminin kinetik enerjisi) etkileyen parametrelerin en ideal kombinasyonunun tespiti amaclanmistir. Lapua Ballistics yazilimi vasitasiyla .308 Winchester B466 kalibre 9.72 gram/150 grain, .308 Winchester B476 kalibre 11 gram/170 grain ve .308 Winchester B416 kalibre 13 gram/200 grain mermileri kullanilarak namlu boyu, namlu capi ve cekirdek agirligi giris parametrelerinin ucer seviyelerinde L 9 (3 13 ) Taguchi ortogonal tasarimina bagli sanal atislar gerceklestirilmistir. 1000 m mesafede yapilan atis simulasyonlarindan elde edilen mermi cikis hizi ve mermi cikis enerjisi degerleri icin Taguchi metodu kullanilarak analiz gerceklestirilmistir. The realization of the bullet movement caused by the internal ballistic energy at the desired stability and performance is directly dependent on the barrel rifling ratio, barrel length and bullet weight. In this study, it is aimed to determine the ideal combination of parameters affecting the quality characteristic (speed of bullet leaving the barrel and energy of the bullet). Using the .308 Winchester B466 caliber 9.72 gram/150 grain, .308 Winchester B476 caliber 11 gram/170 grain and .308 Winchester B416 caliber 13 gram/200 grain bullets through Lapua Ballistics software, barrel length, barrel diameter and core weight are at three levels each of the input parameters. Virtual shots were performed based on the L 9 (3 13 ) Taguchi orthogonal design. For muzzle velocity and muzzle energy values obtained from firing simulations at 1000 m distance, analysis was performed using Taguchi method. The determination of the effectiveness levels of the input parameters used on the results was made by analysis of variance (ANOVA). In the results, it was observed that the most effective parameter affecting both the muzzle velocity and muzzle energy of the bullet was the core weight with 70.07% and 93.73%, respectively.
