Epidemiology of adult injuries: A multi-center study in greater Beirut

•Males report most injuries and youth sustain more unintentional, violent, and self-assault injuries.•Older age is linked to at-home fall injuries, severe disabilities, and high hospital admissions.•Falls, struck-by, and transport injuries are common in all ages.•Self-funding decreases the odds of seeking hospital care.•Legalizing and enforcing targeted safety policies and designing awareness campaigns are crucial to control injuries.
