Study on Roof Deformation Mechanism and Dynamic Staged Control of Heading Area in Rapid Tunneling

Aiming at the problem that there are many factors influencing the stability of heading roof, and the unreasonable value of parameters leads to the low efficiency of heading, the mechanical model of heading roof is established, and the law of bending and sinking of roof is analyzed, based on the criterion of roof instability, the reasonable parameters of influencing factors under different roof strata structure are obtained. Considering the space–time effect of the roadway excavation face, the stress monitoring method of the full-section bolt is adopted to analyze the stress of the bolt in the supporting position, the primary position and secondary position of bolt support and the relationship between them and heading position are determined, and the “Driving-bolting integrated fast-driving sub-support technology” is put forward. Based on the above research results and the complete set of equipment of rapid tunneling system, the original tunneling process flow is optimized and applied in 150,802 transportation roadway of Liuzhuang coal mine, and the parallel excavation in time and space is realized. The excavation speed reaches 507 m per month, and the whole roadway is stable.
