连退平整机支撑辊剥落分析及辊形优化

Abstract
针对某厂连退平整机组在生产过程中发生的支撑辊剥落问题,从现场测试、理论分析、有限元仿真等方面开展了研究,发现支撑辊剥落与中间辊和支撑辊辊间接触压力的应力集中有关.结合该平整机的设备工艺特点,对支撑辊辊形进行优化设计,新辊形使支撑辊与中间辊之间的接触压力的压力分布更加均匀,辊间接触压力平均值较原辊形可下降5.82%~17.16%,辊间接触压力尖峰值较原辊形可下降26.16%~62.37%,减小了应力集中且未对板形的调控性能产生影响.新辊形上机应用后,该机组再未发生支撑辊的剥落现象,生产带钢板形质量良好.
