Abstract
研究总结仝小林院士从态靶论治糖尿病肾脏疾病经验,概括"虚、瘀、浊"是糖尿病肾病的核心病机,"虚-损-衰"为其全程态势.结合糖尿病肾脏疾病的病理特点及动态过程,确定肾浊方(黄芪、丹参、制水蛭、大黄)为治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的靶方,同时根据"虚-损-衰"阶段的核心症状、指标进行精准用药,加减配伍,调整靶药用量,以期为糖尿病肾脏疾病诊疗思路及配伍用药提供参考.
