Abstract
粪便嵌塞是指硬化的粪便物质滞留在结、直肠内,通过正常的蠕动不能排出,形成粪石或类似石头的粪便,常见的并发症为肠梗阻、大便失禁、尿失禁及穿孔[1] . 便秘是导致粪便嵌塞最重要的危险因素,涉及肠道狭窄、肠道内容物停滞或肠蠕动减慢等,在老年人和神经精神病患者人中风险最高[2] .便秘在婴儿和儿童中发生率约 30％,其中 96％以上由功能性原因引起[3] .
