微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定羊毛粉中15种元素

Abstract
本研究旨在建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定羊毛粉中 15 种元素含量的方法.结果显示:微波消解使用硝酸和过氧化氢消解体系可以完全消解羊毛粉,使用ICP-MS测定 15 种元素检出限为0.0001～0.1 mg/kg,标准曲线相关系数为 0.9995～1.0000.人发标准物质验证结果在标准值误差范围内,回收率为95.28%～107.27%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 1.01%～4.73%.羊毛粉中检出大量的元素,有害重金属低于饲料卫生标准.研究表明,该方法灵敏度高,准确性和精密度良好,适用于羊毛粉中 15 种元素的通量检测,羊毛粉中无机元素含量丰富且符合饲料卫生要求.
