Abstract

Let F⊆ℙ^3 be a smooth quartic surface and let 𝒪_F(h):=𝒪_ℙ^3(1)⊗𝒪_F . In the present paper we classify locally free sheaves ℰ of rank 2 on F such that c_1(ℰ)=𝒪_F(2h), c_2(ℰ)=8 and h^1 (F,ℰ(th) )=0 for t∈ℤ . We also deal with their stability.
