摘要
The French Allergo-Vigilance Network & REG; has recorded, at the end of 2021, 2621 cases of food anaphylaxis since 2002. The ANSES report, published in 2019, defined an emerging allergen as an allergen corresponding either to 1% or more of the cases of severe anaphylaxis recorded by the RAV, or having a predictive potential for molecular cross-reactivity with a frequent allergen already mandatorily reported. Thus, goat and/or sheep milk (2.9%), buckw-heat (2.7%), sesame (2.36%), alpha-gal (1.60%), kiwi (1.6%), pea and lentil legumes (1.48%), pine nut (1.4%), and beehive products (1.22%) are emerging allergens. Apple (0.88%), banana (0.88%), peach (0.72%) and carrot (0.72%) are also emerging via pollen/food cross-reactions. In light of these data, the importance of completing the list of Allergens with mandatory labelling with goat's and sheep's milk, buckwheat, peas and lentils, pine nuts, alpha-gal and beehive products is underlined, with the aim of protecting the consumer, as feeding habits are chan-ging. The emergence of anaphylaxis via pollens and their increase linked to global warming (pollution) is also discussed.& COPY; 2023 Societe francaise de nutrition. Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
