摘要
Compared with traditional alloys, high-entropy alloys (HEAs) have excellent properties which attract more and more attention. Laser cladding is an easy way to fabricate HEA coatings on traditional structural materials. 3D printing technology is developed based on laser cladding technology. On this basis, HEA coating will meet the need of future development trend by 3D printing. In this work, 3D printing was used to prepare HEA (Al 0.4 CoNiCu 0.6 Ti 0.25 Si 0.2 ) coating on the surface of three kinds of substrates (X70 steel, 2A12 alloy, ZM5 alloys). The phase structure, corrosion resistance and wear performance of HEA coatings were tested. Results as follows: the topography structure, composition and phase structure of the coatings are very different. The hardness of three coatings are 2A12 > ZM5 > X70. However, the corrosion resistance and wear performance are X70 > 2A12 > ZM5.
