nanosheet films were prepared on the conductive glass substrate. WO3/BiVO4 compositefilm samples with differentthicknesses weresuccessfullysynthesized on WO3 nanosheet filmsbychangingthe number ofspin coatingof BiVO4.X-ray diffraction and scanningelectron microscopywereusedtocharacterizesamples.WO3/BiVO4 compositefilm samples weretestedfor absorptionspectrum,photocurrent,photoelectrocatalysis and alternatingcurrentimpedance.The resultsshow thatthephotocurrentdensityandphotocatalytic degradation efficiencyofthe WO3/ BiVO4compositefilmsampleareimprovedcomparedwithpure WO3nanosheetfilms,andithasbetter photoelectrochemicalproperty. Meanwhile, WO3/BiVO4 composite film sample with twice spin coatingofBiVO4hasthehighestphotocurrentdensity (1.79 mA/cm2)andphotoelectricdegradation efficiency (about60.5%),whichisincreasedby27.4% thanthephotocurrentdensityofpure WO3 films(1.30 mA/cm2),thephotoelectricdegradationefficiencyisalso26.3% higherthanpure WO3 films(approximately47.9%),andhasthe mostexcellentphotoelectrochemicalproperty.
