Abstract
针对我校新松机器人产业学院的码垛机器人系统进行了升级改造,设计了一种基于西门子S7-1200 PLC为主控,采用多种传感器的码垛机器人生产线来进行盒装冷冻生鲜的自动分类传送、分拣和码垛的系统.采用无动力滚筒输送机进行物料传送,应用红外物位传感器、视觉传感器、称重传感器、温度传感器进行信息采集,实现码垛机器人将逐个传送过来的物料进行全程自动堆垛入库.
