Abstract
介绍空气温湿度取样装置的组成和工作原理,分析影响其性能的关键因素,并对取样盒前段直管段长度、取样盒内蜂窝整流栅、取样盒风机、取样盒体材质、取样盒体密封性进行测试和分析.结果表明,将前段直管段长度调整为 1.5 倍管径,蜂窝整流栅边长由 4mm 减小到 3 mm,增大取样盒风机功率,将取样盒材质改为不锈钢,完善取样盒体的密封性,均可以提高取样盒内部的风速,风速在 5 m/s 左右,满足定制要求(4~6 m/s).
