Abstract
Spatial bypassing and spectral grooming in a spatial channel network (SCN) achieve high resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. We show how spatial cross-connect architectures and the associated degree of connection constraints affect the required number of cores and the total node cost of an SCN. (c) 2022 The Author(s)
