4种猕猴桃药用植物根的显微鉴定研究

Abstract
目的 对大籽猕猴桃、对萼猕猴桃、软枣猕猴桃、中华猕猴桃 4种猕猴桃属基植物的根进行显微鉴定研究,为准确鉴定生药提供依据.方法 采用显微鉴定法对 4种猕猴桃药用植物根的粉末进行显微鉴定研究.结果 以草酸钙簇晶、淀粉粒、导管之形态特征为主要差异点,编制检索表,可用于鉴定此 4种药用植物根之间的鉴别.结论 4种猕猴桃属植物根粉末显微特征可用于鉴定此4种生药,值得进一步研究.
