摘要
A Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy superconductor target was obtained by a solid-state reaction at 860 & DEG;C by 130 h. Afterward, Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy thin films were grown by pulsed laser deposition at room temperature, from pellets of the synthesized target, on (111) silicon substrates. Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy films were deposited using an Nd:YAG laser with two different incident wavelengths (532 and 1064 nm) and by varying the distance between the target and the substrate: 20, 25, and 30 mm. X-ray diffraction results showed that Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy films were obtained with Bi-2223 and Bi-2212 superconductor phases.
