PB Phase-Based Broadband Terahertz Transmissive Encoded Metasurface

摘要
In this paper, a PIN diode-controlled 1bit reconfigurable transmissive coded metasurface in W-band is proposed, which is integrated with two symmetrically placed packaged PIN diodes to achieve 1bit phase regulation capability by controlling the current reversal of both diodes. Simulation results show that this transmissive coded metasurface can achieve a stable 180 degrees phase shift in the W-band with a transmission coefficient greater than -4 dB between 91.25 GHz and 100.79 GHz, achieving amplitude phase modulation with a relative bandwidth greater than 10% and a two-dimensional beam sweep range of +/- 45 degrees.
