基于LDV的超高速循环水槽流场流速测量

Abstract
循环水槽试验段流场的不均匀度和紊流度是衡量循环水槽流场品质的重要指标.为研究超高速闭式循环水槽试验段的流场品质,在8 种来流速度下,采用激光多普勒测速仪(Laser Doppler Velocimeter,LDV),通过建立流场测量点阵列对循环水槽试验段的3 处流场截面进行轴向流速测量,并对其不均匀度和紊流度进行计算.试验结果表明:在8 种来流速度下,试验段流场截面流速的不均匀度均小于1%;在8m/s的试验段来流速度下,截面流场的紊流度均小于0.5%.试验测量结果满足循环水槽流场品质对不均匀度和紊流度的技术指标要求,可为超高速闭式循环水槽的试验研究和优化设计提供初步的测试数据支撑.
