滇中引水工程主干渠在正常运行过程存在建筑物损坏、控制设施紧急关闭等非常情况,需要考虑事故退水工况.文章以主干渠楚雄段为例,对事故工况进行拟定划分,进而用数值方法模拟各类事故退水工况,分析退水过程对主干渠建筑物的影响以及验证退水控制运行方式的可行性.
