许多中药材含有丰富的黄酮类化合物.文章采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,测定云南常见四种中药材中总黄酮含量.得线性回归方程y=13.72593x-0.00034,相关系数R=0.99930,此法稳定性好,操作简单快速,可用于多种中药材提取物中总黄酮的测定.
