针对钛微合金元素控制范围波动大、收得率不稳定、钢水洁净度不够的问题,?通过研究钛微合金机理,分析影响钛元素收得率的因素(主要是钢中氧含量、精炼过程操作、微合金化时机),通过优化转炉终点动态脱氧制度、完善精炼操作模式、根据脱氧方式调整钛微合金化时机,稳定了钛元素的收得率,减少了碳氮化物的析出,提高了钛微合金化钢的洁净度,稳定了铸坯和轧材性能.
