Abstract
当前国内外油气管道检测运行效率日渐提高,管道介质流速已高达8～12m/s,而国内外现有多数油气管道内检测器的检测速度却无法跟上,其性能普遍保持在金属损失检测速度≤5m/s、裂纹检测速度≤2m/s的水平.为应对内检测器检测速度能够满足管道介质流速日益提高的情况,本文提出主动正交激励磁场检测,可以同时检测管道金属损失及裂纹,且检测瞬时速度高达12m/s,并阐述了如何通过高速牵拉平台测试来验证主动正交励磁检测的性能.
