以芦潮港海洋站的长期验潮资料为基础,结合研究区域的地理位置、堤防保护目标的社会经济情况、历史风暴潮灾害情况等对芦潮港岸段的警戒潮位值进行确定,最终得到蓝、黄、橙、红四色警戒潮位值分别为4.6 m、4.87 m、5.13 m和5.4 m.
