Abstract
鄂尔多斯盆地临兴致密气区块地层缺失、砂泥岩夹层多并伴有大段泥岩,井眼缩径、掉块等复杂情况频发;中下部地层自三叠系刘家沟组起年代古老,沉积压实程度高、成岩性好、胶结致密、研磨性强,致使可钻性差,机械钻速(rate of penetration,ROP)低,钻井周期长.针对该区块地质特点及钻井作业要求,开展了钻井提速技术研究.通过聚晶金刚石复合片(polycrystalline diamond compact,PDC)钻头设计,防斜快打钻具组合优选,抑制性钻井液体系优选,运用水力脉冲空化射流提速配套工具等,初步形成了适合临兴区块的钻井提速配套技术.经过提速,自三叠系刘家沟组至奥陶系马家沟组,相同地层平均ROP提升20.14%~159.74%,井身质量合格率100%,复杂时率平均缩短37%.现场应用表明,临兴区块的钻井提速技术提高了ROP,降低了复杂时率,缩短了钻井周期.
