本文以血清蛋白醋酸纤维薄膜(cellulose acetate membrane,CAM)电泳实验教学为实例,分五个阶段作为培养和提高学生综合分析能力的学习途径.通过实操训练,培养学生求实严谨的科学态度,进一步提高了学生综合分析能力,同时亦提高生物化学实验教学质量.
