Abstract
强承压含水层条件下矿井建设中的疏水降压施工,存在着发生透水、淹井等安全隐患,也制约了矿井的施工进度及建井工期,给矿井建设和生产带来了危害.文章针对榆横矿区北区2号煤层为主要承压含水层的问题,创造性地将钻井法施工井筒和采用千米深孔钻机施工水平钻孔有机结合起来,提出在可可盖矿井井筒揭煤时疏水降压的施工方案.该方案的实施结果表明,疏水降压施工不仅实现了立井井筒施工的本质安全,又为斜井井筒安全揭煤及二期工程的安全施工创造了有利的前提条件,为陕西榆横矿区北区乃至西部水文地质复杂型矿区采用该工法消除水灾隐患提供了参考.
