挤压速度对TA16钛合金管坯热挤压成型的影响

Abstract
研究了φ86mm×15mm×TA16钛合金挤压管坯在相同加热制度的前提下,分别以60～120mm/s和180～240mm/s两种不同挤压速度热挤压成型管坯的金相组织、室温力学性能、壁厚偏差及表面质量状况,分析了两种不同挤压速度对热挤压成型管坯质量的影响.发现加热制度相同,其他因素不变的情况下,挤压速度降低热挤压成型的管坯显微组织、室温力学性能没有发生明显变化,壁厚偏差及表面质量明显提高.
