Abstract
采用GC-MS分析了牡丹花粉中的主要植物甾醇,并与油菜花粉的含量进行比较.结果表明:牡丹花粉中共检出了5种甾醇,含量最高的甾醇为异岩藻甾醇(21.89 mg/g);其次为新甾醇物质Gorgost-5-en-3-ol,(3a)-(2.68 mg/g); β-谷甾醇及另外2种甾醇的含量均在1 mg/g以下.牡丹花粉含有的2种主要植物甾醇—异岩藻甾醇和Gorgost-5-en-3-ol,(3a)-在油菜花粉中均有测得,但含量均低于牡丹花粉.
