高效液相色谱法测定植物精油中双氯芬酸钠的含量

Abstract
通过采用Waters BEH-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-质量分数4%乙酸溶液(体积比70:30)为流动相,在检测波长为276 nm,流速0.7 mL/min,外标法定量条件下,建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定植物精油中双氯芬酸钠含量的方法.结果表明,双氯芬酸钠在0.5~200μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,回归方程y=34256x+6892.9(R2=0.9999),方法平均回收率在90.26%~98.77%之间,RSD(n=6)在0.89%~2.11%之间.该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,适用于植物精油中双氯芬酸钠含量的检测.
