Abstract
针对某型快锻压机Vg500 泵头外购的卸载单向阀的阀瓣在运行中出现的断裂问题,先依据卸载回路原理,利用AMESim仿真计算,结合液压测试仪在现场测试获取的运行曲线,排除卸载单向阀阀瓣断裂是卸载回路超出元件规定压力所致;再应用断口学知识,从疲劳断裂考虑,提出引起阀瓣断裂问题的原因是由于单向阀阀瓣的材料不能满足卸载回路频繁启闭的需要.
