Abstract
针对热模拟压缩试验的试样小,且无法直接对其进行拉伸试验的问题,利用自制研发的小试样夹具进行小试样拉伸试验.通过对8种不同强度级别的试样分别进行小试样拉伸试验及硬度测试,分析二者的相关性;对比了小试样和标准拉伸试样的分析结果.结果表明:小试样和标准拉伸试样的拉伸试验结果基本一致,抗拉强度标准偏差均小于3.00,用小试样可较准确地测定出材料的抗拉强度.
