Abstract
通过对柔性支撑剂悬浮性的可行性分析,确定了柔性包覆层的反应单体为丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM),N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成柔性包覆层,并通过喷液流化床工艺制备柔性支撑剂.对制备的柔性支撑剂进行性能评价,实验表明:温度在30~100℃之间时,柔性支撑剂的膨胀倍数为24~27,悬浮因子几乎都大于1;矿化度范围为500~100 000 mg/L时,柔性支撑剂的膨胀倍数为20~30,都可悬浮.破胶性能测试发现破胶后破胶液黏度小,残渣含量低,达到返排要求.该柔性支撑剂通过在华东油田的压裂施工测试后观测到效果显著,充分满足现场施工需求.
