Abstract
Heart failure (HF) is characterized by significant morbidity, mortality, economic burden and low quality of life. The global prevalence of HF among patients aged 50 years and older averages 8.3%, the incidence is 1600/100,000 person-years, the one-year mortality is 33% [ [1] Emmons-Bell S. Johnson C. Roth G.
