胸膜剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸24例疗效分析

Abstract
目的 评价胸膜剥脱术对重慢性脓胸的疗效.方法 对24例慢性脓胸患者行胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗并观察其疗效.结果 本组无手术死亡,均痊愈出院,4例未输血,14例术中输血400ml,6例术中输血800ml手术时间2-4h.常规抗感染治疗,体温低-中度热,术后3体温正常,无切口感染及全身感染症状.结论 胸膜剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸安全、有效.
