Abstract
目的 探讨新生儿肠穿孔的临床表现及治疗措施.方法 对21例新生儿肠穿孔临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 21例肠穿孔新生儿病例中,缺氧、肠坏死、早产等为新生儿肠穿孔高危因素.结论 肠穿孔起病急、病情发展快、病死率高,早期诊断,及早手术是降低死亡率的关键.
