Abstract
空泡蝶鞍综合征是指鞍膈孔扩大或鞍膈消失,垂体腺萎缩,蛛网膜下腔伸展至蝶鞍内,鞍内被脑脊液充填,将垂体压向后下方[1].视交叉位于垂体之上,受到挤压或牵拉,视力下降及视野缺损为首发症状.致使患者首诊于眼科,现将我院收治的2例分析如下.
