Abstract
丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 mitogen activated protein kinase,p38MAPK)信号通路是细胞内主要的信息传递途径之一.随着心血管疾病发病率增高,心肌I/R损伤成为临床工作中的研究热点.研究发现,MAPK家族在心肌I/R损伤中起重要作用,通过调控MAPK家族信号通路活性表达,具有重大的临床意义.本文就MAPK与心肌I/R关系的研究进展做一综述.
