长春地区肥胖合并颈动脉硬化斑块中医症候流行病学分布特点

Abstract
目的 探讨肥胖合并颈动脉硬化斑块中医证型分布特点.方法 应用流行病学研究方法,通过对150例长春地区颈动脉硬化斑块合并肥胖患者中医症候要素在不同年龄、性别等方面进行分布规律分析.结果 肥胖合并颈动脉硬化斑块的主要中医症候为气虚、血瘀、痰浊等.150例患者统计出51个中医症状,通过聚类分析方法统计出4组复合证型:痰浊血瘀,气虚血瘀,阴虚气滞,阴阳两虚.结论 气虚、血瘀、痰浊、气滞、阴虚、阴虚是肥胖合并颈动脉硬化斑块的主要症候要素.复合证型以痰浊血瘀,气虚血瘀,阴虚气滞,阴阳两虚为主.
