刘大同教授系吉林省中医血液病治疗中心主任,博士研究生导师,第三、四、五、六批全国老中医药专家学术继承工作指导老师.刘教授从事血液病研究多年临床经验丰富,其对特发性血小板减少性紫癜以解毒补托为治法,采用自拟消斑汤(水牛角、仙鹤草、连翘、卷柏、牛西西、商陆、雷公藤、阿胶、黄芪、当归、升麻、生甘草)治疗,效果颇佳,经临床疗效统计分析,总有效率达90％.兹举验案,介绍如下.
