Abstract
强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)是一种原因不明的以骶髂关节和脊柱慢性炎症为主的全身性疾病[1].依据其临床表现,本病应属中医“痹病”范畴,古籍称为“龟背风”“竹节风”腰痛”“肾痹”“脊强”“大偻”[2].冯兴华教授从事中医风湿病学研究50余年,在病症结合治疗强直性脊柱炎方面经验丰富.在此将冯兴华教授治疗AS累及不同部位的治疗经验总结如下.
