Abstract
股骨头坏死(Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head,ONFH)又称成人股骨头无菌性坏死,是由于各种原因导致股骨头血液循环障碍,引起骨细胞凋亡、骨小梁坏死[1],其首发症状多表现为髋关节疼痛,功能障碍,严重影响患者生活质量[2].刘德玉教授认为本病多为外伤、酒精等湿热之邪和激素等药邪致瘀、致虚,病机以肝肾亏虚为本,血瘀痰阻为标,治以“补肾强骨、活血祛瘀”为法,结合局部中药外敷及自制小针刀等治疗,为早中期股骨头坏死的治疗提供新的方法和选择[3].
