重楼是一种传统的清热解毒类中药.目前其所含的化学成分受到了国内外众多学者的研究与关注.重楼皂苷Ⅶ是活性成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎等作用,这些作用主要通过诱导细胞周期阻滞,诱导凋亡,诱导自噬,使肿瘤对化疗敏感,参与炎症和免疫反应的调节等机制实现.对重楼皂苷Ⅶ的药理作用和机制进行综述,为重楼皂苷Ⅶ的进一步研究和临床应用提供参考.
