Abstract
目的:了解北京市社区卫生服务中心康复科医疗服务现状.方法:选取北京市16区158家已开展康复的社区卫生服务中心作为样本选择,对其进行方便抽样调查,将同意配合调查的92家社区卫生服务中心作为本研究的调查对象,进行问卷调查,并对收集资料进行分析统计.结果:调查显示98.91％的北京市社区康复(CBR)患者仍以主动就医为主,康复病种以颈肩腰腿痛为主,仅有23家中心有固定上级医院进行转诊.结论:社区卫生服务中心需增加康复病种种类,大力发展慢性病的CBR,需建立有效双向转诊机制.
