电风暴是一种独特的医疗紧急情况,它引起机体大量分泌儿茶酚胺,从而导致恶性心律失常,表现为反复发生的室速或室颤,死亡风险大大增加,此时通常需要电复律及电除颤等紧急治疗.目前主要治疗措施包括病因治疗、电复律或电除颤、镇静、药物、植入式心脏复律除颤器、导管消融等.本文对电风暴的机制及当前治疗做一综述.
