Abstract

目的:对蛹虫草多肽提取工艺进行了优化研究;方法:以蛹虫草子实体提取多肽为对象,通过Box-Behnken设计星点响应面实验进行优化实验;结果:优化蛹虫草多肽提取工艺为提取最佳时间为5.39小时,加酶量1.65％,底物浓度9.3％,蛹虫草多肽提取的OD值为0.85g/L;结论:经实验得证,通过星点响应面实验方法进行蛹虫草多肽提取工艺条件优化,结果合理有效,优化效果良好.
