Abstract
1病例4报告 患者男,67岁,无明显诱因出现左中腹痛7天,于2004年9月10日人院.入院时BP 140/90 mmHg,HR 70次/分,ECG及生化检查均正常,CT示左肾中上极内上方实性占位性病变,良性倾向.于9月5日行剖腹探查手术.麻醉前予以阿托品0.5 mg、鲁米那0.1 g肌注,采用连续硬膜外麻醉,T10～11穿刺,向头方向置管.麻醉剂为碳酸利地合剂,常规监测BP、HR、ECG、尿量.
