苍附导痰丸源自《叶天士女科诊治秘方》,具有开痰散结、行气解郁功效,可用于多痰、气虚、形肥、经闭不孕、湿痰白带等.多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性常见的内分泌疾病之一,其临床多表现为月经失调、不孕、多毛、肥胖和黑棘皮征等.其病机常与肾虚、肝郁、痰湿及血瘀有关,但其基本病机不离"痰湿"二字,针对"痰湿"这一基本病机,临证常选用苍附导痰丸加减,临床效果确切.
