为了解国内外昆布有效成分岩藻黄质稳态化制剂的研究进展,通过查阅文献从岩藻黄质的体内代谢、国内制剂研究现状及新型技术应用方面进行阐述,总结具有应用前景的新型岩藻黄质稳定制剂体系有微胶囊、脂质纳米粒以及纳米乳液,并针对不同制剂提出适合规模化生产的方法,为进一步开发岩藻黄质产品,提高其稳定性与生物利用度研究提供参考.
