Abstract
目的:观察温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型月经后期的临床疗效.方法:将48例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各24例.治疗组采用温针灸法治疗,取穴为"阴三针".对照组采用普通针刺法治疗,取穴为"阴三针".结果:治疗组有效率为91.67％,对照组有效率为66.67％,两组有效率比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:温针灸"阴三针"治疗寒凝血瘀型月经后期有显著临床疗效.
