Abstract
目的 了解可吸收螺钉治疗内踝骨折的效果.方法 在切开复位下,使用1～2枚可吸收螺钉固定94例内踝骨折.结果 随访7～16月,全部病例中有92例骨性愈合,占97.8%;1例因伤口感染行引流后愈合;另1例发生非特异性无菌性异物反应致钉道骨质溶解.结论 可吸收螺钉治疗内踝骨折疗效肯定确切.
